If approved, RO may be requested to add the following, please:-
1. The project proponent has earlier deposited NOC fee of Rs. 21,600/- vide UTR No. 190779561 dated 2.9.2024. RO has reported that fee is adequate upto 30.09.2027, accordingly, the PP was granted NOC vide no CTE/Fresh/BTI/2024/26681288 dated 24.09.2024. Now, the project proponent has amended the proposal, but no NOC fee has been deposited by the PP……….
2. What is the land use classification of area………
3. If the project is not covered under the prescribed zone as per notified Master Plan, then RO may be requested to send compliance of siting guiltiness prescribed for industries……….
4. Whether the PP has submitted detail of fresh water consumption, waste water generation, treatment and disposal arrangements as per new guidelines received from SEIAA………
5. The project proponent has mentioned only covered area of salable portion i.e FAR area of the project. Kindly mention the total built-up area of the project ( FAR+ Non-FAR)………….
6. Whether the plantation area reserved for disposal of treated effluent is adjacent to the project site or there is gap between the project site and plantation area……….
