It is intimated that as office order no. 255 dated 19/06/2025, the competent authority of the Board has delegated the powers to grant CTOs application of mining project to the Environmental Engineer of the Regional Office upto 31/12/2025, but the said time period has been elapsed. These instruction were due to some court case related to Mining.
May if approved RO be directed to clarify from the concerned branch of Head office regarding further instruction in this regard and also verify the timeline for consent to be granted to the mining site. |
