The compliance submitted by the unit has been examined and found incomplete. The unit has not submitted NOC from the Drainage Department, in view of the existence of Kandi Canal in close proximity to the unit premises, as mentioned in the file of the CTE case. The unit has stated that NOC from the Department of Water Resources / PWRDA is in line to be obtained, without submitting any documentary proof. The unit has also not clearly stated the present situation of construction activity, i.e. whether construction has commenced and, if so, whether the same was undertaken after obtaining the requisite NOCs, as per the special conditions of the granted CTE.
In view of the above, the unit is advised to re-apply after submitting proper clarification along with requisite documents. |
