It is submitted that the industry was earlier granted consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act,1974 & Air Act, 1981 on 21.04.2025 valid upto 20.10.2025 with special condition that the industry will obtain EPR registration, within one month and shall operate its ETP regularly and scientifically with proper maintenance of record……………
RO has reported that the industry has not yet obtained EPR registration….Moreover, the industry has not also not attached the analysis reports of effluent/ emission samples and record regarding operation of ETP………………..
Keeping in view of above, if approved, show cause notice for refusal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the project proponent with an opportunity of personal hearing, at ZO level, please…..
