Ma’am, the point wise reply of the observations is as under:

1 RO has not commented upon the distance of the proposed site of the project from various setting parameters as per the notification dated 25.07.2007 & 30.10.2009, as observed during the site visit. In this regard, it is submitted that the comments regarding site suitability have already been sent to the Member Secretary, SEAC, Punjab vide Board’s letter no. 2898 dated 03.09.2024, which is attached herewith for kind perusal, please.
2 In the last granted CTE to the PP, a special condition was imposed to the effect that the pp shall provide 15m wide RO has mentioned that “The pp shall provide15-meterwide green buffer along the boundary adjoining the air-polluting unit, namely, M/s Raja Fat & Feeds.” However, in its compliance report, the pp has mentioned that the same is NOT APPLICABLE to them, which is not in order. As per the notification dated 25.07.2008 as amended on 30.10.2009, the pp is required to provide 15m wide green belt towards the air polluting industry located within 100m from the boundary of the project. RO needs to clarify regarding this Same as Sr. No. 1.
3 As per point no. 2 above, the pp is required to submit its layout plan, clearly year marking 15m wide green belt towards the air polluting industry located within 100m from the boundary of the project, after getting the same approved from the competent Authority. Same as Sr. No. 1.
4 In the EC granted to the pp, it has been mentioned that “The Project Proponent has submitted a notarised Affidavit mentioning that the land area of 4.199 acres to be developed under Karnal Technology will not be used for any other purposes and will be maintained till the project services are connected with the main sewer of MC, Rajpura.”. However, no such proposal to develop the land as per Karnal technology for disposal of treated wastewater has been mentioned by the RO in its agenda note. The PP has provided the land area of 4.199 acres to be developed under the Karnal Technology near the STP area as mentioned in the EC granted to it.
5 In the last granted CTE, a special condition was imposed to the effect that “The project proponent is strictly prohibited from entering into any sale agreement or authorizing any construction activity on plot numbers A-102 to A119 (18 plots), plot numbers C-136 to C-158 (23 plots), and the EWS Site (reserved for future expansion area) under any circumstances.” RO he is required to give compliance of the same. In this regard, the PP has obtained revised Environmental Clearance for expansion of the project, which is attached herewith.
