1....In his note dated 18.12.2025, AEE has reported that treated effluent from STP was being used for plantation.....Simultaneously, it has been reported that STP was not operational .............Whereas, in note dated 27.12.2025 he informed that untreated effluent is being discharged into sewer................Despite Stating that STP is not operational, long term consent upto 2030 is recommended....................Whereas industry has applied for disposal of treated effluent for watering the grass in parks, plants and trees........................
2.....Similarly, in his note dated 18.12.2025, AEE has reported that industry has electric heat treatment furnace, whereas in his note dated 27.12.2025 he stated that industry is using LDO as fuel .....................whereas application is filed with only electricity as fuel.....
3.....First, RO and ZO may decide what is the fact, first statement or 2nd statement...........Then, check whether the application data represents the site conditions..................
4....Thereafter decide under what category industry should fall green or orange ( depending upon the fuel used) .......( mention category also)..........
5.....If 4 & 5 are not in order, then return the application to industry with advise to fill application as per site conditions and under appropriate category. .....
6..........Ask the AEE to be attentive and make appropriate reporting, failing which disciplinary action shall also be intiated |
