The report submitted by the regional office may kindly , As per report it is briefly stated that the industry is found complying with water act,1974 ,Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that: - 1. Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the unit upto 31.03.2026 with suitable conditions as per Board's policy ( Competency SEE). 2. PSPCL authorities may be directed not to disconnect electric connection of the unit upto 31.03.2026 (Competency for concurrence of above directions lies with Hon’ble Chairperson of the Board) |
