1. As per policy of the Board, the industry is allowed to set up at a distance of 100m outside the Municipal Council limits/ phirni of village/ designated residential area /residential area comprising of 15 pucca houses by the Competent Authority of the State. Moreover, the revenue report should be signed by CRO/Tehsildar/ SDM. But, as per certificate submitted by project proponent, the site does not fall in lal lakir of village Killianwali Tehsil Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Hence, the revenue certificate submitted by the project proponent is not in order as per policy of the Board. Moreover, the certificate is not signed by Competent Authority as per policy of the Board……………………
2. The project proponent has not submitted DTP certificate regarding classification of land/suitability of site……..
Keeping in view of above, if approved, show cause notice for refusal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the project proponent with an opportunity of personal hearing, at ZO level, please…..
