On examining the application, it was observed that , RO is required to clarify as under:- 1. For what production and discharge the industry has applied for obtaining consent? 2. Whether for the said discharge, the industry has adequate no. of shares and whether the same have been DEMAT? 3. For what production and discharge the consent has been recommended? RO is required to submit point wise compliance of the special conditions imposed on the industry during grant of previous CTO under Water Act, 1974…………….
If approve noting be reverted to RO clarification in the matter.
