On examining the application, following needs to be clarified:
1. The industry has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning of the unit, however there has been no mention of name of the industry or proper plot no. /khasra no. in the bill, form where we can identify that the bill actually belongs to the industry……….
2. The industry is required to deposit NOC regularization fee and RO to again check adequacy of consent fee……….
3. There has been no mention of specific plot no. Or khasra no. in DTP report…………
4. The industry is required to submit revenue record of allotted land for industry……….
If approve, noting be reverted to RO for clarifying the above
