After perusal the above note, it was observed that the industry has not developed any planation area, not provided sprinkler to suppress the dust emission and not laid down any pipeline for the discharge of treated effluent onto land.
Therefore, the industry is not complying with decision of hearing as well as environmental norms.
If approved, it is recommended that SCN for refusal for violation under the provision of Water Act,1974 and Air Act,1981 be issued with an opportunity of hearing at Zonal,please.
