The application of the industry has been scrutinized and following discrepancies were observed:- 1) The industry has uploaded land use certificate issued by DTP submitted by industry is valid upto 15.02.2025. The industry is required to upload the valid/ extended land use certificate issued by DTP. 2) The industry has not uploaded the latest CA certificate against the un-depreciated value of fixed assets. 3) The industry has not uploaded the compliance report of the consent to operate granted with validity upto 30.09.2025. 4) The industry has not uploaded the analysis report of stack emission sampling of the hot mix plant carried out by Board's approved laboratory. 5) The industry has not applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The industry is required to apply for same. Further, the industry is required to apply for renewal of consent to operate under the Air(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 also. These
Till date no reply from the industry has been received. As such, the application of the industry is returned herewith, with a request to apply applications through autorenewal mode after attending the above said observations. |
