The agenda note sent by Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib has been examined and it has been noted that neither the industry has submitted any document to provide secondary emission control system with the existing induction furnace by 30/09/2026 nor submitted feasibility report/ commitment for providing secondary emission control system with the new induction furnace of capacity 10 TPH for which CTE(expansion) has been applied.
If approved, Regional Office be asked to clarify the same and submit fresh recommendations accordingly, pl.
