1. The total water consumption of the project is 451 KLD. The total effluent generation will be 361 KLD. The project proponent has submitted feasibility report of STP (375 KLD). 211KLD reused in flushing, green area & 150KLD discharge onto land for irrigation/plantation. The detailed calculations regarding water consumption and effluent generation has already been given in the feasibility report at page No.2 submitted by the project proponent and which is principally adequate.
2. The project proponent has also submitted lease deed for 2.48 Acre land for plantation. The project proponent has submitted ownership documents/lease deed of the land designated for Karnal technology which is adequate as per the proposed effluent generation of the project.
3. The details has been already mentioned in the proposed layout plan submitted by the project proponent. As per layout plan total saleable area of residential plots is 59021.89 Sqm and Area under EWS 6231.33 Sqm total of 65253.22 Sqm.
4. The project proponent has also submitted an agreement with S2V Services for door to door collection and disposal of Solid Waste. The agreement with the said agency is already attached with documents.
5. The project proponent has submitted site plan for proposed built up area of 108350 Sqm. However, total built up area mentioned as more than 150000Sqm was proposed in the earlier application of the project proponent. As per present application in actual the proposed built up area of the project is less than 150000 Sqm .
