As discussed with your good self, it is submitted that the project proponent has not done any expansion in its previous premises. Also, after deduction of NOC regularisation fee, the consent fees are valid upto 31.12.2029. It is also submitted that the project proponent has increased its production from 1.15 MTD to 2 MTD and has not installed any polluting plant & machinery in its premises. The project proponent has only upgraded its previous machines with new upgraded machines.
As such, the site is suitable for manufacturing tractor parts and the consent case may be approved upto 31.12.2029 with suitable and additional conditions as previously recommended. |
