In reply to the query raised by ZO, it is submitted that while obtaining CTE/NOC, the industry submitted copy of letter issued by EO, MC, Kotkapura vide letter no. 2462 dt. 07.10.2016 regarding classification of land use area i.e. as per notified master plan of Kotkapura town, the khasra no. 1280, 1281 and 1282 falls in whole sale and warehouse zone (copy attached). Further the industry has now applied for renewal of Consents without any expansion.
2) The industry has submitted/uploaded compliance of previous consent conditions in annotated form and the industry is complying with all the conditions imposed in previous consents.
