| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted proof of date of commissioning
2. As per point no. 1, the adequacy of fee cannot be adjudged.
3. The project proponent has submitted allotment letter of SCO-17 only in the name of Ravinder Goyal. However, no rent agreement, lease deed, registry, sale deed has been submitted by the project proponent in the name of Hotel Candy/ Achhardeep Singh.
4. The project proponent has not submitted land document for SCO-18 as the hotel is being operational from SCO-17 & 18.
5. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report of the Hotel including restaurant capacity, ETP-STP details, Water calculation and rooms.
6. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate of ETP & STP along with dimensional drawing.
7. The project proponent has not submitted building plan of Hotel duly approved by the Competent Authority.
You are therefore requested to submit the reply of the above said observation within 1 day. |
