Discussed the matter in Water application..............It is recommended that ‘Consent to Operate’ under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, may be granted up to 30.09.2026 with suitable condition of the Board and with following special conditions that: 1. The industry shall not enhance the production capacity more than capacity for which the NOC has been obtained or the threshold limit of production as mentioned in MoEF&CC notification dated 07.06.2024, whichever is less. 2. The Industry shall comply with the conditions as imposed in the NOC obtained from the Board. 3. The industry shall not use any Hazardous waste as raw material as mentioned in the various Schedules of HWM Rules ,2016 .
4.The Industry will not install any surface treatment section (including powder coating) without obtaining prior approval of the Board and installing adequate ETP/APCD for the same.
....Separatelya as decided in water application SCN is being issued to the industry for not applying and obtaining authorization and for not providing compliance of environmentally sound management of Hazardous waste with hearing before CEE
