The clarification was raised to the industry to submit following documents:- 1. Distance certificate of site of industry from the MC Iimits/Phirni / Lallakir of the nearest village, in case, the industry is to be established at a site other than the site in the industrial area / industrial estate /industrial zone of the draft master plan / industrial zone of the notified master plan 2. Layout plan approved by the Competent Authority. 3. Land use classification certificate. 4. Correct Brief Project Report mentioning the project cost, electricity load and management of SW.
But the industry has failed to submit the reply of the same till date.
As such the application is returned with request to re-submit the same after removing above said observations. |
