In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for operation of Hotel (33 Rooms), Restaurant (60 Chairs) & Banquet Hall (100 Persons), be granted to the Hotel upto 31.12.2030, subject to suitable conditions and the following additional conditions that:
1. The project proponent shall submit the revised building plan approved from the Competent Authority within a month.
2. The project proponent shall install mechanical composter of adequate capacity for treatment of solid wet waste within a month.
3. The project proponent will get effluent sample from STP analysed from Board's lab/ NABL approved lab within a month.
4. The industry shall not carry out any activity in its premises, which can change the category of unit from Orange to Red, without prior permission from PPCB.
5. The project proponent shall not discharge any effluent at any unauthorized place by any unauthorized means i.e. shall not discharge any wastewater in any drain/inland surface waters / drain/choe/nallah/onto land for stagnation or outside its premises, at any time, under any circumstances.
6. The industry shall ensure that the activities of unit does not create any nuisance in the surrounding areas and no public complaints are received.
7. The industry shall apply for obtaining authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
8. The Consent is being issued to the industry based upon the documents/information submitted by it along with the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time.
9. In case the industry fails to comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry.
10. The project proponent will not carry out any modification/expansion in the restaurant without obtaining prior permission of the Board.
11. The restaurant shall use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) within its premises and will not use any SUP items banned in accordance with MoEF&CC notification no. G.S.R. 571(E) dated 12.08.2021.
