Sir, the application submitted by M/s Pawan Kumar Brick Kiln for Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 has been scrutinised. The unit has deposited consent fee of ₹13,100/- vide Receipt No. 619507164 dated 02.01.2026. The earlier CTO (Air) was valid up to 30.09.2025 and, as the present application has been filed after a gap of more than four months, penalty @ 25% of one-year consent fee is also applicable.
The applicant has submitted completion certificate from CISR-CBIR, Roorkee for Zig-Zag brick kiln, plan and section vide Drawing No. TM-20/117, CA Certificate dated 27.12.2025, and copy of previous CTO. |
