Discussed and if approved, the application be sent back to RO to clarify that in the MC letter no. 3625 dated 09.12.2025 the total effluent generation of the project is mentioned as 48 KLD whereas in the proposal submitted by the project proponent it has mentioned its total effluent generation as 65 KLD. Therefore, the RO is required to clarify regarding:
- Whether the project proponent has obtained revised permission from the Municipal Council authorities reflecting the correct quantity of effluent generation, as proposed in the feasibility/brief project report attached with this application.
- The total increase in quantum of treated effluent envisaged for disposal into the sewer between the two figures.
- Whether the Municipal Council has surplus capacity at the terminal STP to accommodate the additional effluent load as per the revised proposal of the project proponent.
- The status of availability of sewerage network from the project site. If not directly accessible, the nearest distance of the sewerage network from the project site may be indicated.
If approved, the application may be sent back to the RO for clarification on the above points.
