Industry Name M/s Eatbryte Pvt Ltd Lessee of M/s Yogi Agro Products Consent Fee: CA Certificate Rs. 300.35 Lakhs Plant & Machinery Rs. 200.00 Lakhs Water Act, 1974 Rs. 64,800/- vide online R no. 579831553 dated 11.12.2025 Air Act, 1981 Rs. 54,500/- vide online R no. 987596166 dated 11.12.2025 Adequacy of fee under the both Acts 31.12.2030 after adjusting NOC regularization fee as per Board's office order dated 29.10.2028 PWRDA Permission: The unit has mentioned ground water extraction @ 4.76 KLD. Considering 30 working days in a month, the ground water extraction will be 142.8 KL/month. As such, the unit does not require permission for abstraction of ground water from PWRDA. Lease Deed: The unit has submitted the lease deed dated 14.08.2025 executed between M/s Yogi Agro Products and M/s M/s Eatbryte Pvt Ltd. of total land area 5 Bighe 5 Biswe falls in the revenue estate of Village Hasanpur, Sub Tehsil Ghanour, Rajpura, District Patiala. Completion Certificate: The unit has submitted the completion certificate of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of capacity 5 KLD installed by it issued by M/s Max Environtech, Focal Point Chanalon, District Mohali. Visit: To verify the contents of the application, the unit was visited by the undersigned on 02.01.2026 and Sh. Mukesh Chand, Director was contacted. During visit, it was observed as under: 1. The industry has not yet commissioned its unit. 2. The industry has installed a baby boiler for hot water system, which was not in operation. 3. The industry has installed a DG set of capacity 50 KVA, which will be equipped with canopy and stack of adequate height. 4. The unit has provided 01 no. submersible pump for ground water abstraction and it has installed water meter on the same. 5. The industry has installed an ETP of capacity 5 KLD for the treatment of wastewater, which was not in operation as the unit has not yet commenced its unit. 6. The components of the ETP are Raw Effluent -> Flash Mixer -> Flocculator -> Primary Tube Settler -> Aeration Tank -> Secondary Tube Settler -> Pressure Sand Filter -> Activated Carbon Filter -> Collection Tank. 7. The treated wastewater is being discharged onto land for plantation within the premises. 8. The domestic waste water generated from the premises is being discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank. Recommendations: In view of the facts mentioned above, if approved, it is recommended Fresh Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Raw Honey @ 9.5 Metric Tonnes/Day may be granted to the unit upto 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions and additional conditions that: 1. The unit shall operate its ETP plant properly for treatment of its wastewater to be generated from the process. 2. The unit shall submit the effluent analysis report within one month from NABL/ Board's laboratory. 3. The unit shall obtain NOC of the Board, if it changes any of its product or raw material or enhances its production capacity in future. 4. The unit shall plant trees wherever space is available inside and outside the unit. 5. The unit shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises. 6. The unit shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. 7. The unit shall ensure that there is no public nuisance in the area, due to activities of the unit. Competency- SEE
