M/s Chanan Fasteners Pvt. Ltd., Nasrala, Hoshiarpur has now submitted all requisite documents including SAC approval, land documents, authorised signatory, process details and agreement for off-site authorised disposal of electroplating effluent. Earlier deficiencies stand removed.
Consent fee has been duly adjusted (penalty + CTE + earlier deposited amount) and is found adequate for 5 years. Site inspection confirms organised manufacturing, no on-land discharge, and satisfactory housekeeping.
