It is informed that the industry was issued show cause notice for refusal of consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Envirtonmental Engineer (B) on 12.01.2026. Due to administrative reasons, the hearing schedule for 12.01.2026, has been postponed for 15.01.2026 at 12:00 noon.
The application is hereby forwarded to convey regarding date, time & venue of hearing and also to send a copy of notice to the industry through whatsapp / email or through any other mode convenient to Regional Office well before the date of hearing.
