It is submitted that the point wise reply is as under:
1. Whether the land measuring 1.60 acres is apart of the existing project or the unit has purchased/taken on lease. Whether the unit has proposed any pipeline system for carrying the treated effluent into the land?
Reply: 1.6 acres land is not part of existing project and same is the property of owner and will be used to develop plantation area to utilize wastewater. The project proponent has proposed to provide pipeline system for carrying the treated effluent onto land for plantation.
2. With hydraulic loading 70 KLD as per Karnal Technology 1.60 acres of land is inadequate for the disposal of 186 KLD of effluent.
Reply: The colony is having park of area 2400 sq. ft and also the colonizer has proposed to develop plantation around the boundary. Also, the 1.6 acre land will be developed as per Karnal Technology. Thus, the entire plantation area will be adequate to utilize entire treated effluent.
