On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 05.01.2026 with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. The project proponent required to submit water calculation i.e. water usage, wastewater generation and disposal considering 15 person/ plot as per the NORMS & CRITERIA for Estimation of Population and Water Demand for Building/Construction Projects and Area Development & Townships Projects. 2. The project proponent has required to submit revised proposal for treatment and disposal for the wastewater generated from the project considering 15 person/ plot. 3. The project has attached undertaking that Sh. Jai Singh and Others will provide required land around 0.826 acres (Khasra no. 242 (4-0)) to the project for the disposal of treated wastewater onto plantation. 4. The project proponent has earlier submitted affidavit vide dated 05.10.2023 with Sh. Surinder Singh will provide required land around 4 Bigha 2 Biswe acres (Khasra no. 1153/238, 1159/256, 1151/254) to the project for the disposal of treated wastewater onto plantation. 5. The project has not attached the ownership detail & Aks-chajjra of the said land mentioned Sr. no. 3 & 4. 6. From the affidavit/ undertaking mentioned that preceding paras, it is observed that land for developing plantation as per Karnal Technology has not been rented/ leased. As such the said proposal cannot be considered and the project is required to submit rent deed/ lease deed of both sites for developing plantation as per Karnal Technology. 7. The project proponent needs to apply under orange category (10.1 - Building construction project ≥ 20,000 sq. m. built-up area).
No reply received from the project. Hence, the application of the project is returned. |
