The application of the project has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has applied fresh ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the category “3079: Building and construction projects, having built-up area upto 20,000 m2 and waste water generation not covered under EIA notification.”, which is not in order. The industry is requested to apply in the new category of “10.2- Building construction project ≥ 5,000 sq. m., but < 20,000 sq. m. built-up area (without connectivity to terminal STP)”.
2. The project proponent has not submitted the clarification to the observations raised by the Zonal Office in the last refusal letter.
3. The project proponent needs to submit the scope of work pending at site for which ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) being sought.
Please clarify within 03 days.
