In ref. to the observation of the competent authority, it is submitted that the effluent sample was collected on 09.10.2025 by the officer of Regional Office and the analysis results reveal that the concentration of various parameters as pH 7.5, TSS 27 mg/l, TDS 417 mg/l, COD 83 mg/l, BOD 19 mg/l and O & G BDL. The RO has commented that the analysis results are within the prescribed limit of the Board.
If approved, the varied Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for 376 no. flats, be granted to the project proponent for short term i.e. upto 30.06.2026, subject to suitable general & additional conditions and the following special condition that: 1) The project proponent shall immediately get its Environment Clearance amended from the competent authority for the increase in plot area from 25516 sqm to 26755.852, reduction in proposed green area from 6283 sqm to 5571.660 sqm, reduction in proposed built-up area from 71985 sqm to 50966.497 sqm, and change in change in capacity & presently adopted technology of STP and submit to the Board.
