Sir, as per the previous note, the last Consent to Operate expired on 31.03.2024, making the unit liable to deposit 200% penalty of one year consent fee, i.e. ₹63,600 × 2 = ₹1,27,200 under the Air Act, 1981. The unit has deposited ₹1,27,200 vide Ref. No. IBKLN62025120401033651 dated 04.12.2025, which is towards penalty only. Thus, the requisite fee for processing the present application has not been deposited and the fee is inadequate.
Since no clarification and no deposition of requisite fee has been made, the present application may be returned, and the unit may be advised to apply afresh after depositing the requisite consent fee, as per rules. |
