| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it was observed that: -
1. Plot no. D-31 and D-30 are in the name of Sh. Pankit Bansal s/o Sh. Rozy Bansal and not in the name of Sh. Avtar Singh, Prop. of the industry. Moreover, the PSIEC has transferred the said plots for manufacturing agriculture tools and not for manufacturing of pesticides. Further, plot no. D-29 is allotted to Sh. Akash Verma for manufacturing of AGRE IMPLEMENTS and not for manufacturing of pesticides.
2. The industry is required to submit the latest CA Certificate indicating the undepreciated value of the fixed assets, with a clear bifurcation of land, building, and machinery.
3. It has been observed that in the GST registration certificate submitted by the industry, additional plots bearing Nos. D-52, D-53, D-54, D-55, and D-56 have been included. However, the allotment letters for the said plots have not been submitted by the industry.
4. Since the industry has included additional plots i.e. D-52, D-53, D-54, D-55, and D-56, the industry is required to apply for varied Consent to Operate accordingly.
You are hereby required to clarify the above said objections/observations within 02 days.
