Sir, the industry has already submitted a PERT chart for the installation of APCD for control of secondary emissions generated from the industrial processes on 27.11.2025, in compliance with the clarification dated 24.11.2025, with a proposed timeline up to May, 2026. However, the industry has not submitted any feasibility report in this regard.
In view of the above, the industry may be granted NOC for expansion with a special condition that the industry shall be bound to install the APCD for control of secondary emissions in compliance with the Board’s order dated 08.10.2025, before 30.09.2026 or prior to the operation of expansion activities, whichever is earlier.
