Sir, pointwise reply of the clarifications raised by Zonal Office is as under:-
1. The project proponent has submitted copy completion report of STP capacity 35 KLD installed for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from the school.
2. The industry has submitted MOA of the firm.
3. The project proponent has submitted copy of revenue record such registry of land area to the name of firm……………………………..
4. The project proponent has installed 2 no. compost pits for handling of wet waste to be generated ……………………...
5. The Project Proponent has submitted copy of approved building plan duly signed by the Municipal Authorities, Barnala issued vide dated 07.05.2025………………………Hence the site is suitable for establishment of educational institute.
Keeping in the view of above, it is again recommended that consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the educational institute for operation of educational institute i.e. school of capacity Students @ 1000 no. & Staff @ 50 no. upto 30.09.2032, subject to the suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned vide previous note pls
