Sir,
It is intimated that the Board has now issued office order no. 06 dated 07/01/2026, as per which the power to decide consent to operate applications of Mining of sand and other minor minerals projects has been delegated to Environmental Engineers of Regional Offices upto 30.06.2026. It is also mentioned in the above said orders that these CTOs shall extended upto 30.06.2026.
In view of the above, CTOs be granted to the project proponent as already recommended vide note dated 01.01.2026 please.
