Sir, as approved by the competent authority, the case may be returned and industry be advised to re-apply with addressing the following points: 1. To submit any proof to support that it is operating its pickling/powder coating/ polluting process since 2004. 2. CCTV cameras to be provided at all three critical points of its wet process. 3. To take a written commitment from CETP operator for getting the effluent lifted at least once in fortnight and have sufficient storage to overcome the overflows in case of non- lifting of effluent by the operator.
