Sir, Kindly peruse the note of AEE, wherein it has been mentioned that the industry has not yet obtained design from PSCST, Chandigarh for secondary emission control system. Hence, 10% advance payment can only be made after finalization of design. However, the industry has assured to install the same by 30.09.2026 through submission of PERT Chart.
As the present application is for proposed project (NOC expansion) only and the CTO shall only be granted if the industry complies with the guidelines issued by the Board for installation of secondary emission control system.
In view of above, if approved, the application of the industry may kindly be considered for grant of CTE with suitable conditions.
