Please peruse note of AEE.
It is recommended that the project proponent may be granted fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 for 30 no. residential houses only for a period up-to 31.12.2029 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board along with additional condition that the residential colony shall provide flow meter at the outlet of common STP within 3 days and will not allowed any more sale registrations deeds until STP of full capacity of 260 KLD is installed by the promotor please.
