File Note: Sir, the reply regarding clarification raised by the competent authority in the note dated 26/11/2025 is as under:- • The total flushing demand calculated by the Project Proponent is as per norms. But for the calculation of percapita flushing, the PP have taken only the plotted population(i.e.1620) instead of total population(i.e. 3028) that is why percapita flushing mentioned in feasibility report taken by PP is on very higher side. • Now, the industry has submitted copy of classification of area certificate from District Town planner, Ludhiana vide no. 3308/DTP(L)/M2A dated 22.12.2025 mentioning that the site of the industry falls in Residential Zone as per Master Plan Ludhiana (2007-2031) and the residential colonies are permissible in the zone. • The PP has also submitted an affidavit stating that the land measuring 1.00 Acres and 0.62 acres comprsing khasra No. 2, 3, 7/2, 8, 9, 98/2, 98/3, 98/7/2, 98/8, 98/9 and 98/7/2, 8, 9, 2, 3 falling within the premises of the project in the revenue estates of village Birmi and village Bains presently under the ownership and possession of M/s Eastman Builders. This land shall be exclusively utilized for plantation in accordance with Karnal Technology, until a sewer system is made available by GLADA/Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana. Therefore, it is recommended that the case of the project may be considered, please. The copy of the documents submitted by PP through e-mail are attached herewith for information and further necessary action, please.
