It is intimated that the industry has applied fresh for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under Green category along with requisite documents i.e. rent deed, proprietorship certificate, proof of commissioning, approved layout plan, CA certificate, Manufacturing process details along with process flow chart. The industry was operating earlier by the name of M/s Mahadev Industries and it had obtained auto generated consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide certificate no. CTO/Renewal/LDH3/2023/24126237 dated 04.11.2023 valid upto 04.11.2033 and auto generated consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide certificate no. CTO/Renewal/LDH3/2023/24126237 dated 04.11.2023 valid upto 04.11.2033. Now, proprietorship of the industry has been changed w.e.f. 23.11.2024 and it is operating by the name of Gobind Aluminium which is Green category industry since 23.11.2024.
The industry has submitted fee of Rs 7425 vide Receipt no. 442312167 dated 03.12.2025 to obtain CTO under the Air Act, which is adequate upto 21.02.2032 and a fee of Rs 7425 vide Receipt No. 875148782 dated 03.12.25 to obtain CTO under the Water Act , which is adequate upto 21.02.2032.
The industry was visited by officer of this office on 31.12.2025 and it was observed as under:- 1. The industry was operational during visit. 2. It is a small scale Green category industry. 3. It is involved in the process of spray powder coating of Aluminium structural parts. 4. It has installed one powder coating booth and one Electric/Gas oven for the paint baking process. 5. It has also made a cyclone/bag filter arrangement to be used to recover the powder used in the process. 6. No trade effluent is being generated in this process. 7. The domestic effluent generated is being discharged into MC Sewer.
In view of the above, Consent To Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2030.
