Sir, previously the industry had failed to get the CTOs renewed, thereafter the electricity connection was disconnected vide TDCO No. 129/179 dated 11.05.2021 by the PSPCL Authorities. Thereafter the electric connection of the industry was temporarily restored third time temporarily upto 23/05/2023, thereafter the industry had obtained autorenewal Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 both are valid up to 08/02/2025, submitted please. |
