| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled any details at Sr. no. 09, part (i) Total Land area of the industry/project (in square meters) and (ii) Built up area of the project (to be mentioned in case of construction/area development projects only) (in square meters).
2. The project proponent has not filled correct details at Sr. no. 07, part (ii) Category/Type of the Industry.
3. The project proponent needs to submit approved Site Plan/Location Plan of the HCF by the competent authority.
4. Land documents i.e, lease deed submitted by the project proponent indicates that the site address mentioned in lease deed is not in consonance with the address mentioned in the application form.
5. The project proponent has not submitted allotment letter of the Designated Authority, if the site of the project is located in the designated Industrial Area/ Industrial Estate/ Focal Point.
6. The project proponent not submitted Brief Project Report of the HCF.
7. The project proponent has not filled any details at Sr. no. 7, i.e, Treated Wastewater Disposal Details.
Therefore, the project proponent needs to submit reply to the above mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
