Sir, the site of the industry falls in Industrial Area-C as all the khasra no’s mentioned in land registry are covered under the gazette notification issued by Department of industries vide no. 7824 dated 17.12.1994. The industry has submitted electric meter bill where date of connection mentioned as 10.04.2024 and consent fee has been calculated from April, 2024.
In view of above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31/03/2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.
