Kindly peruse the note of AEE dated 05.01.2026…………..
1. RO has reported that total wastewater generation will be 190 KLD and 120 KLD treated effluent will be reused for flushing, which is not feasible……..
2. RO has not mentioned the land use classification of area. If the site does not fall under residential zone, RO is required to submit compliance regarding siting guidelines prescribed for industries…………
3. The details submitted by the PP in the application form regarding fresh water consumption, effluent generation, treatment and disposal arrangements is not in order as per guidelines received from SEIAA…………
If approved, RO may be requested to scrutinize the application form properly and send the report / recommendations as per policy of the Board to avoid delay in processing the applications, please.
