Application of the industry was scrutinized, and it has been found that the industry has neither submitted details of plant & machinery installed after obtaining the previous CTO nor consent fee deposited details. The industry has not installed the original completion certificate issued by PSCST, Chandigarh and requested to clarify and submit the same within 02 days, as the application may be considered accordingly. The industry is failed to submit the same within the stipulated period, as the applicant may be informed and requested for submit the reply of the same. Hence, the application has been considered as incomplete and returned herewith, with the request to resubmit the same with complete it in all aspects. |
