Sir, the industry has submitted written reply (copy attached) in this office stating that they have wrongly mentioned Krishaank Work Hub in the furnace coloum and corrected details are mentioned in stack attached coloum.
Keeping in view of above, It is recommended that ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year to the industry.
Cost of plant and machinery is Rs. 120.00 Lacs Competency – Senior Environmental Engineer
