After perusal the above , it was observed that the industry is solvent extraction unit and has applied for obtaining NOC of the Board. AS per the project report, the total cost of project is about 30.00 crore including working capital @15 .00 crore. However, the plant and machinery cost is about 12.70 crore. Therefore, the project is covered under large scale unit .However, the RO has not examined the project report carefully and send recommendation to grant CTE under small scale ,which falls under the competency of SEE .Hence, the case could not processed due to above reason.
If approved, it is recommended that RO be directed to return the application and process the same afresh after careful examination of the project details in future.
