The unit has applied for CTO under Water & Air Acts with adequate fee and submitted CA certificate (₹2.10 Cr) and ETP completion certificate (10 KLD). Site inspected on 06.01.2026: APCDs provided and stack adequate; records of solid waste and ETP operation maintained; green area (~0.5 acre) sufficient. ETP was not operational during visit, hence effluent sample could not be collected.
Major non-compliance: The unit has failed to submit the fresh Bank Guarantee of ₹50,000/- as directed during personal hearing dated 05.12.2025.
