The poultry farm has applied for obtaining NOC/CTE but the farm has not submitted following requisite documents:
1. Site Map showing 10m boundary wall from shed for cross ventilation and odour dispersion.
2. Tehsildar Report verifying latest siting guidelines of year 2022 laid down by CPCB for establishment of new poultry farms.
In reply to the clarification raised, The poultry farm has submitted site map showing 10m boundary wall from shed for cross ventilation and odour dispersion. However, the Tehsildar Report submitted by the poultry farm does not meet the siting criteria stating that the residential zone falls within the distance of 500 m from the site.
If approved, the application of CTE/NOC under both acts may be rejected. |
