The regional office has commented that there is no air polluting unit within 100 mtr as well as no MAH unit is within 250 mtr. Moreover, as per the master plan, the site is falls in residential zone. Therefore, as per the notification dated 30.10.2009, no additional distance is required to be taken from the existing industry from environment point of view, because these factor has already been considered while earmarking the use of land for different categories in the master Plan.
Hence, the site is suitable.
If approved, it is requested that CTO may be granted as per previous recommendation ,please.
