It is submitted that as per analysis report of ETP outlet various parameters are within the prescribed limits of the Board. Moreover, as per air emission sample analysis report Particulate Matter is also within the prescribed limits of the Board. Further, as per the analysis report of STP outlet pH & O&G are within the prescribed limits of the Board. However, TSS & BOD are beyond the prescribed limits of the Board.
In view of the above & the note of the undersigned dated 20.12.2025, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be refused because of the above said violations and the fact that the industry has not abided with the decisions of the personal hearing regarding before the Hon’ble Chairperson of the Board regarding submission of Bank Guarantee till date.
